Course Accreditation
³Ô¹ÏÏÖ³¡ accredits undergraduate and postgraduate educational programmes at institutions across the UK.
Students apply high-level academic and practical management skills to diagnosing, treating and rehabilitating musculoskeletal injuries. ³Ô¹ÏÏÖ³¡ accredited courses are closely monitored and place emphasis on implementing tailored exercise and rehab programmes.
Degree course content
³Ô¹ÏÏÖ³¡ accredited degree courses cover the broad range of content required to become musculoskeletal healthcare professionals. This includes public health, behaviour change and pain science with a strong focus on exercise rehabilitation for varied patient populations, including those with long term conditions and non-communicable disease. This is in addition to the core topics such as anatomy & physiology, MSK assessment, clinical reasoning, treatment modalities, biomechanics and pre-hospital care.
Supervised clinical work
Students gain practical experience alongside their degree. To be accepted onto the ³Ô¹ÏÏÖ³¡ register, Sport Rehabilitators must complete 400+ hours of clinical work ensuring ³Ô¹ÏÏÖ³¡ students graduate with professional experience.
